How To Order

How to order fruit and vegetable boxes:

Orders and cash are due in by Thursdays at 6pm for pickup in Macclesfield the following Thursday from 2.30 to 6pm. Orders can be placed in Emerald or Macclesfield (addresses provided on request).

Your first order:

1. Send us a message or email before your first order to let us know which location you would prefer to drop your order off and we will provide address.
2. Please place your cash in an envelope with your name, order and phone number on the front. Put the envelope in the co-op letter box at either location.
3. We will send pick up instructions

Subsequent orders:

Please order and pay for your next order at pick up if possible. This can be done a few weeks in advance if required. At other times, just place your envelope in either co-op box.

For a fruit box and veg box (incl packing fee ) it is $65. A small fruit and veg box is (incl packing fee )$45.

How to order dry goods:

1. View the product list (changes monthly – please see post on front page for link)
2. Place a hard copy of your order with your cash payment (exact amounts only) in an envelope with your name and phone number on the front. Pop it in the co-op box at either the Emerald or Macclesfield address (please send us a pm if it is your first order).
3. We expect orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks. They will be available for collection from Macclesfield on a Thursday from 2.30 to 6pm. we will advise the collection date via a facebook post.

There will be a delivery fee per order as follows:

$13 for the first 5kg
$4 per 5 kg above the first 5kg

Please note minimum quantities when ordering as some items are cheaper by the box. If purchasing single items, please be sure to use the single item price (the higher amount).

If any items ordered are unavailable we will refund your money when you collect your order.
